UNC Tuition Promise

Keeping a college education well within reach

Learn More

At UNC, it is our mission to keep higher education both accessible and affordable to students who are Colorado residents with the greatest financial need. To better support students and keep a college degree well within reach, we launched a new initiative called the UNC Tuition Promise for fall 2024.

Starting Fall 2024, all Colorado residents who meet the eligibility criteria will have 100% of their standard tuition and mandatory student fees* covered. The UNC Tuition Promise is our commitment to continuing to remove financial aid barriers in order ensure a UNC education remains affordable.

Made possible through a combination of federal, state, institutional and donor based funds, students who qualify will see a combination of funds within their financial aid offer. Questions? Contact ofa@297827.com for more information.

*The UNC Tuition Promise program does not include housing, dining/meal plans, textbooks, differential tuition, or other nonstandard academic fees or program costs.
